Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Hearthline account and the data associated with it. Hearthline is published by Raging Bucket. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the Game

The fastest way to delete your account is from within Hearthline:

  1. Open Hearthline and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile panel and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is then permanently deleted and you are signed out. There is no recovery step, so make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

Request deletion by email

If you linked your account to a sign-in method (Google, Apple, or an email link) and can no longer access the Game (for example, you uninstalled it), email developer@ragingbucket.com from that linked email address and ask us to delete your account. We verify ownership against the linked address before acting on the request and complete it within 30 days.

If you played as a guest and never linked an email, your account has no identifier we can verify by email. In that case, delete it from inside the Game using the steps above before uninstalling.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

Event-level analytics already collected for your account are deleted from our analytics export on the next scrub cycle (within 7 days); after that, only aggregate, non-identifying statistics remain.

What may be retained

We may retain a minimal record that an account was deleted, and any information we are required to keep by law, for security, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to re-identify you.
